Dr. Danai Georgiadou is a stem cell biologist and cultivated meat expert advancing cellular agriculture and sustainable food production.
As a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at A*STAR’s Bioprocessing Technology Institute (BTI), she leads cell line development for CRISP Meats, optimizing cost-efficient growth media and scalable bioprocessing solutions to accelerate commercialization.
A contributor to the Good Food Institute (GFI) and Board Advisor at Cellular Agriculture Greece, she shapes policy, investment strategy, and industry collaboration while advising VCs, institutions, and ambitious ventures on scientific validation, regulatory pathways, and commercialization.
A recognized speaker and thought leader, she shares expertise on cellular agriculture and alternative proteins at global events. Dr. Georgiadou holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Biology and Embryology from the University of Amsterdam. She lives between Singapore and Los Angeles with her french bulldog Bao.
